Biography

Anne is Chief Customer Officer for the Fidelity Global Platform and Advisory businesses. Anne works across business channels to design a global seamless end investor (EI) client journey that supports the client to achieve their financial ambitions and delivers a unified Fidelity experience. She leads the global Personal Investing and Wealth strategy, Global Digital Wealth and transformation activity to achieve the EI vision, balancing delivery of core client servicing capabilities with innovative planning and relationship management experiences.

Anne has extensive background in customer experience, strategic planning and execution, transformation and business management gained in her years working for American Express, Wells Fargo, Barclays and MasterCard.

Anne is a member of the Executive Committee, Director on the FHL (UK) board and a Trustee of the FIL UK Pension Fund and for the non-profit Opportunity International UK. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
