Biography
Jacek Wieclawski is a seasoned banker with a passion for innovation and fintech. His career began nearly two decades ago at Lloyds Bank and Deutsche Bank, before he transitioned to Rabobank to work with institutional clients in the capital markets and later innovation and digitalisation space.
As a specialist in banking innovation, Jacek has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and spearheading the digital transformation of Rabobank’s Sales, Trading, and Capital Markets departments. He has successfully implemented cutting-edge technologies to digitalise Rabobank’s trading floor and enhance customer digital and AI experiences. Jacek’s focus is on blockchain and AI-driven innovative solutions to boost cross-selling and deep-selling opportunities within capital markets, as well as improving the utilisation of trading data to analyse and predict desired trading behaviours.
Jacek holds Diplôme de Grande École from ESCP Business School in Paris and a postgraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
