Renowned for her strategic vision, effective leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset, she has successfully managed large-scale transformations, delivered AI-powered products, chaired global cross-functional teams, and executed innovative strategies. Lily excels at navigating complex organizations to achieve business goals and growth while enhancing client experiences and operational efficiency. She Leads Columbia Venture Community (CVC) New York Board serving a global community of 7,700+ members in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital.

Lily holds a Master’s from Columbia University and Bachelor’s (Hons) from the University of Rochester. She is a regular speaker at conferences and author of industry publications. With her recent years’ focus on AI-driven value, she published paper ‘AI-powered next best actions for wealth’ on Journal of AI, Robotics & Workplace Automation.
