She began her career in South Africa as a Senior Manager in Operations Technology before relocating to London in 2017. Nombuso has a proven track record of delivering transformative projects, driving strategic planning, and managing organizational change. Currently, she serves as the Head of IT Business Engagement for Digital, Data, and Innovation, where she is leading initiatives that integrate cutting-edge technologies.

Her passion for innovation and leadership in the field is exemplified by her role in the successful implementation of AI-driven tools like GitHub Co-pilot in her organization. She is committed  to empowering women in the tech industry and serves as the Chairperson of Women in Technology and Operations (WITCO), advocating for diversity and inclusion in the sector.
