Philippe Morère

Philippe Morère was appointed Deputy COO, Global Banking & Investor Solutions in July 2019 and has been Global CIO since November 2016. He is based in France.

Philippe is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris (1992). He started his career at JP Morgan before joining Société Générale, managing Equity Trading and Sales IT from 2004 to 2007. He then moved to New York for 3 years as regional Head of IT for Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives. In 2010, Philippe returned to Paris and was appointed Global Head of Client and Trading Technology, overseeing all CM products (Equity, Fixed Income, Commodities).
