Conrad Lennard – Mastercard

Conrad is a Director in Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence division and is globally responsible for Mastercard’s financial crime solutions sales. His particular focus is on utilising machine learning for anomaly detection across Mastercard’s core issuing and account-to-account products; using Mastercard’s vast network level data-set to reduce false-alerts and prioritise the raising of Suspicious Activity Reports.

Prior to Mastercard, Conrad was a Senior Sales Executive at Featurespace, where he was an early commercial hire and was pivotal in growing Featurespace’s client base and reputation as a leader in fraud and financial crime prevention. He also has experience in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market where he specialised in underwriting financial and corporate risks for Aspen (re)insurance.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Durham University, a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, and has completed the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) and the London Institute of Banking and Finance’s Certificate in Principles of Payments (CertPAY).
