With over 17 years of banking experience, Mitul Malde currently serves as the Head of Correspondent Banking and Onboarding at GHIB. Mitul was previously the Head of FI EDD for Middle East and Africa at Barclays and has previously worked at HSBC, Merrill Lynch and Coutts & Co.He has developed a proven track record of building/rebuilding teams and remediating programs to develop sustainability while meeting regulatory requirements. Mitul has expertise in implementing effective strategies that break down silos and foster organisational collaboration and integrity across all teams. He has a knack for utilising data and technology to expedite and streamline processes. His leadership and expertise continue to drive innovative approaches to Correspondent Banking and Customer Due Diligence.
