Marco Arnaiz is the Head of Digital Business, where he is responsible for driving digital customer engagement and sales on Zurich.ch for the retail customer and small business segments. He has a BBA, a Master in International Commerce, and an MBA from London Business School (2013). Marco has worked 2 years for a mobile apps and platforms startup in London, and has 4 years of in-house M&A experience with a large engineering company in Paris. In 2013 he joined Zurich Insurance Group, where he started as an Internal Consulting Manager, before transitioning to the Swiss business unit in 2018. Marco is an avid sports fan, plays basketball regularly, occasionally has written for football magazines, and enjoys reading Modiano in his free time.
