Tim Smyth

Tim is a highly accomplished insurance executive with over 35 years experience in the insurance industry, leading and driving organisational transformation and growth. He is currently the CEO of UK General Insurance and also Precision Partnership Ltd, a business he founded in 2013, who specialise, respectively, in personal lines and commercial insurance provision to the UK market. Away from his main role, Tim is also a Director of award winning Arma Karma, one of the UK’s leading Insurtech start-ups who have recently developed and launched a personal property product targeted specifically at the technology led millennial market.
