His career began nearly two decades ago at Lloyds Bank and Deutsche Bank, where he built a solid foundation in the banking industry. He later transitioned to Rabobank, where he has made significant contributions working with institutional clients in the financial markets and later in the innovation and digitalisation space.
As a specialist in banking innovation, Jacek has been instrumental in advancing technology and leading the digital transformation of Rabobank’s Sales, Trading, and Capital Markets departments. His work spans multiple blockchain and AI projects. Jacek is also a champion of ESG innovation, seamlessly integrating these principles into Global Markets strategies. He collaborates closely with coverage bankers to develop innovative financial products that support green and sustainable projects, aligning Rabobank’s operations with global sustainability goals.
Jacek holds a Diplôme de Grande École from ESCP Business School in Paris and a postgraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
