Malcolm Goodwin is an experienced financial services professional, mainly in the UK Workplace Pensions Market. His current role is Head of Workplace Customer Engagement at Aviva. Aviva deploys a number of different communication channels to its customers base. He also worked on Aviva’s Auto Enrolment project which deployed technology into the SME market that allowed Workplace Pension Schemes to be set up on a straight through basis in less than ten minutes. Malcolm is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
