The company has experienced accelerated growth and globalisation throughout 2024, largely due to its expanding customer base in insurance and banking, including one of the world\u2019s top 20 insurance companies.<\/p>\n

Buss is a highly regarded leader in the property and casualty insurance industry, bringing extensive expertise in executive management, finance, and operations to her new role at Earnix.<\/p>\n

Currently, she operates as Chief Executive Officer of Argo Group, where she has been pivotal in setting the company\u2019s strategic direction, having held the position since August 2022,<\/p>\n

In addition to her role at Argo, she currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Open Lending Corporation. Buss has also held senior positions at GuideOne Insurance, Rockhill Insurance Group, and Citizens Property Insurance Company.<\/p>\n

Erel Margalit, Chairman of Earnix\u2019s Board of Directors and Founder and Chairman of JVP, further emphasised Buss\u2019s significance, stating, \u201cJessica\u2019s appointment will complement the company\u2019s strong expansion in the North American insurance market and internationally. Earnix is scaling to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, so access to executives with expertise as practitioners in the industry will add an additional dimension to the Earnix Board of Directors.
