Simplifai enters U.S. market with Stillwater Insurance partnership for AI-driven claims automation
Simplifai has partnered with Stillwater Insurance to automate its claims process, aiming to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
This collaboration marks Simplifai’s first U.S. customer, representing a significant milestone for the AI-driven automation provider.
Through the collaboration, Simplifai’s Claims Intake Solution will enable Stillwater to streamline the handling of claims-related emails and attachments, reducing the need for manual data extraction and processing.
This, in turn, will allow employees to focus on more critical, value-oriented tasks.
Simplifai’s solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing systems, providing end-to-end automation that can be customised to meet the specific needs of different industries.
This partnership is expected to significantly reduce Stillwater’s claims response time, particularly during peak periods, thereby meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
The improved efficiency will also lead to cost savings and support long-term business growth.
