Kranthi Darapu is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley within Wealth Management Technology, with more than 15 years of IT experience serving the financial and banking industries. Kranthi leads Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Money Movement platform technology. Passionate about bridging the gap between technology capabilities and real-world needs, Kranthi is an innovator with multiple patents.Kranthi is an expert in payments, frequently presenting at educational forums and conferences including Columbia University (2019), the Grace Hopper Celebration (2018) and Hopperx1 New York City (2019), and she is a member of Federal Reserve working group for the country’s newest payment rail – FedNow. Kranthi is a champion for inclusivity within STEM, as a member of Morgan Stanley’s Diversity Council for Technology.
