He is responsible for driving digital transformation across Barclays Payments Acquiring and Commercial Issuing businesses, with focus on transformation and scaling of adoption and engagement across digital onboarding and digital servicing journeys, leveraging best in class capabilities across Barclays and partners.
An accomplished digital product leader, Sheldon has deep domain expertise in eCommerce, mobile, digital analytics, user experience and digital marketing. Sheldon has held digital and product leadership roles at Expedia, Voyages-SNCF.com, Lastminute.com, Travelocity and IBM.
Sheldon holds an MBA from Imperial College London, and Masters in Business Systems from Monash University, Australia.
