Join FinTech Global and RegTech Analyst at our bespoke executive compliance CXO Forum on 15th May, exclusively for the industry’s senior regulatory professionals to explore and share the main industry threats keeping them up at night including:

  • What are the key lessons learned from the compliance office of leading financial institutions?
  • How do I ensure my firm stays compliant and avoids breaches?
  • What can go wrong when partnering with RegTech vendors?
  • How much of the RegTech market is genuinely adding value?

This forum will follow on from the world’s largest RegTech conference- the Global RegTech Summit and will include only a select representation of the summit attendees.

Held under the Chatham House Rule, there will be a high-level and interactive presentation, panel session and roundtable discussions allowing individuals to exchange views with senior counterparts at other financial organisations, on the current concerns and challenges of continuing regulatory change, and the pressures of technology developments to assist banks in meeting regulatory requirements. The informative sessions will be followed by lunch providing opportunity for guests to network with peers of similar calibre.

The forum will address some of the key issues the Chief Compliance Officers of global banks are currently grappling with to comply with regulations in today’s fast-moving market:

    • Continuing regulatory change and recognising the volume and breadth of regulation
    • Managing complex risk calculations
    • Knowing the customer: concerns about money laundering
    • Reporting standards and recording information
    • Data management, privacy, protection and how to store data
    • Increasing emphasis on compliance culture
    • Prioritising between multiple regulations and implementation of regulatory change
    • Adopting new technologies and solutions to better meet regulatory requirements
    • Political uncertainty a shift in political power
    • Cyber exposure and how to deal effectively with the cyber threats
