COVID-19: HEALTH & SAFETY CONDITIONS AND BUSINESS GUARANTEE

HEALTH & SAFETY

The well-being and safety of our guests is of paramount importance so we will undertake the following precautions in order to attempt to minimise risk levels:

  • The event venue will be cleaned and sanitised prior to the event
  • Sterilising stations will be available at entry and throughout the venue.
  • No handshakes – waving, ‘jazz hands’, elbow bumps, Vulcan greetings, or just smiling is encouraged instead.
  • No attendees permitted from any Coronavirus ‘red zone’ countries such as Italy, China, South Korea and any other region or country where the virus has a major presence, or any region or country identified by the UK Government as being of concern.
  • Attendees who do not feel 100% or have any minor symptoms of colds or flu on the day of the event are asked to not attend.
  • Delegates may have their temperature monitored on arrival.

We want to make sure that all of our clients get maximum value, so we’ve designed a ‘Win-Win’ offer that guarantees business exposure to prospective clients and virtually eliminates any financial downside, regardless of how the coronavirus situation develops. Here’s how we are making it a great offer for all sponsors, exhibitors and delegates:

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS

100% credit if the event is postponed.

If the Summit cannot proceed due to decisions made by the UK government, the venue host or the organiser, then all sponsors and exhibitors will receive a 100% credit to participate on the same terms at the next Global RegTech Summit.

100% credit if you have to cancel.

Sponsors and Exhibitors who have paid in full, but inform us at least one week in advance of the event that they cannot attend will, receive a 100% credit to participate on the same terms at the next Global RegTech Summit.

90% credit if turnout is below a certain level.

If less than 150 delegates from financial institutions attend on the day (out of over 300 currently registered), the event will still go ahead and sponsors and exhibitors will receive a credit of 90% of the cost of their sponsorship or exhibitor package to participate in the next Global RegTech Summit. That’s effectively two sponsorships or exhibitions, with all associated marketing exposure, for the price of one (subject to a transfer charge of 10%).

PAYING DELEGATES

A free ticket for a future event for every participating delegate.

If you purchase a delegate ticket before the event and attend on the day, you will receive a free ticket to use at any other event organised by FinTech Global, including the next Global RegTech Summit in London in May. So, you get to attend two events for the price of one!

100% credit plus an additional free ticket for future events if the Global RegTech Summit is postponed.

If you purchase a ticket before the event but the Summit cannot proceed as a consequence of any decision made by the UK government, the venue host or the organiser, you will receive two tickets to participate on the same terms at any other event organised by FinTech Global, including the Global RegTech Summit in London in May. So, you get two tickets for the price of one!

As per our terms & conditions no refunds will be offered for cancellations or postponement for any reason beyond FinTech Global’s reasonable control
If you receive credit you are required to notify us within one month of announcing the new event date if you are committing to the same level of participation. If you don’t adhere to that timeline we cannot guarantee first choice on your preferred slot but you will still receive the 100% credit towards a future event organised by FinTech Global.
