Charlotte is the Head of Innovation and Fintech at Schroders, where she is globally responsible for the company’s strategic approach to innovation and startup engagement. This includes assessing the impact of emerging technologies on the investment industry, and working with leaders across the firm to adopt and leverage new technology.
As part of this she is leading the AI Enablement team, bringing AI technology into Schroders in a safe way to deliver value for our company and clients. This team recently built and launched Genie, an internal AI assistant, across the global business.
She previously worked in management consulting and spent a year based in Silicon Valley, connecting clients with relevant VCs and startups.
Charlotte sits on the advisory panel for the Investment Association’s fintech programme, Engine, as well as other advisory boards for fintechs and social enterprise.
