Hilda started her career in advertising and direct marketing in Hong Kong, transitioning to ecommerce and ebusiness consulting in London before joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2004 as a business analyst in Technology. She currently leads Digital Engagement at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, delivering go-to-market strategies for new digital capabilities on the web and mobile app, driving client engagements on the platforms, and managing the feedback program to improve client satisfaction, digital experience and outreach. Prior to her current role, Hilda was Head of Marketing Operations (Digital) in Asset Management, working on numerous strategic initiatives, delivering digital platforms, client experience optimization and leading transformation programs. Having grown up in Australia, she’s not a fan of spiders and snakes. In her spare time, she runs a book club and indulges in watching a great deal of Netflix, Lego remaking and learning toy names.
