Joy Adams – Deutsche Bank

Joy is currently COO for Digital Assets & Currencies at Deutsche Bank. She previously served as Head of Cybersecurity Business Advisory in Technology, Data & Innovation at Deutsche Bank where she focused on cybersecurity transformation and delivery. She has worked in a number of areas at the bank including Finance, Government & Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance/Legal.
Joy started her career after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard in 2006. Upon graduation, she joined the Leadership Development Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Joy then spent over three years in Economic Development working for the City of South San Francisco.
As a big supporter of new technology, her experience includes cofounding in an internal startup created as part of Deutsche Bank’s inaugural Intrapreneur Program cohort. Joy also completed the Oxford University Fintech Program.
