Head of the Trading Platforms Projects team within Trading Platforms and Core Technology at Man Group. Rachel is responsible for a team of project managers and Business Analysts delivering high profile change initiatives including ESG & RI, an OMS build and Regulatory change such as UMR and IBOR. Rachel is personally the Program manager for ESG & RI and maintains responsibilities from her previous role for Regulatory Quality Assurance.
