Ruta Mikiskaite leads Swiss Re’s Reinsurance P&C Solutions team for the UK and Irish markets. She started her career in underwriting and spent a number of years focusing on liability and motor reinsurance and insurance. Ruta observed and developed a keen interest in the growing digital transformation of reinsurance and insurance sector, which led to her joining Swiss Re’s Reinsurance Solutions – a technology focused area at Swiss Re. She’s also a member of the Insurtech UK Advisory Panel.
