Joe is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for the UBS Global Wealth Management US, where he is responsible for all aspects of AI, data and analytics. This includes a sophisticated AI-driven platform (STAAT) used by over 6,000 Financial Advisors to deliver a better client experience and drive growth and productivity. He is also responsible for a broad range of data platforms, data governance, and business intelligence.
Joe joined UBS Global Research in 2014 as the Head of Client Analytics & CRM before becoming CTO and a founding member of UBS Evidence Lab, where he helped scale this business to the world’s largest sell-side primary research and alternative data organization.
Joe earned his Computer Science degree from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and holds an MBA from NYU Stern. Prior to joining UBS, Joe led Analytics and CRM related technology areas at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
