Mitchell Spector – Berkshire Global

Mr. Spector joined Berkshire as a Partner in 2004. Mitch Spector has 36 years of industry experience and leads the firm’s financial technology advisory practice. His expertise in transactions involves banks, thrifts, asset managers, broker dealers and financial technology companies. Mitch is active in the firm’s transaction execution and business development. Prior to Berkshire, Mr. Spector was responsible for leading various groups at firms such as FTN Financial Securities, CIBC World Markets, Prudential Securities and Bear, Stearns & Co. He also held roles at First Fidelity Bancorporation, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Spector graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, earned his MBA from University of Pennsylvania – Wharton and is a Member of the Investment Committee of the Phi Beta Kappa Foundation.
