Mitchell Spector – Berkshire Global Advisors

Mitch leads the Financial Technology sector and is actively involved in all other practice areas.  Mitch joined Berkshire in 2004 and has more than 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Berkshire he headed Financial Institutions M&A at Bear Stearns, Prudential Securities and CIBC. During his tenure at Berkshire, Mitch has advised on a wide range of M&A and capital raise transactions for clients across the financial technology and financial services sectors. Mitch is involved in a variety of charitable and community causes including serving as a member of the Investment Committee of the Phi Beta Kappa Foundation.
