Nikhil Sharma is a Managing Principal at Capco, a global management consulting firm specializing in financial services. He currently leads Capco’s Digital Wealth Practice, overseeing the development and deployment of innovative offerings, thought leadership, and client engagements. Recently, Nikhil has been working closely with senior leadership at banks and wealth managers driving initiatives around mass affluent growth strategies and financial wellness. Prior to joining Capco, Nikhil led product management for Financial Planning at a B2B Fintech Startup. He has previously held roles in Ernst & Young’s Wealth Management Advisory Practice, and was a part of Merrill’s Wealth Management Technology team involved in the build-out of the majority of Merrill’s Advisor Desktop.
