The New York Angels is a member led organization committed to finding, funding and mentoring great young companies from pitch through a successful exit.
The New York Angels is comprised of over 100 active members. Our members are entrepreneurs, CEO's, venture capitalists and business leaders who have founded, funded and built world-class companies. We come from a wide array of industry expertise and together create an extensive network of entrepreneurial support. We mentor and coach the entrepreneurs in whom we invest, serve on their boards, provide contacts and assist with team building, strategic planning and fundraising.

Summary

The mission of the New York Angels is to foster an engaged and smart New York City angel investment environment in an effort to enhance the opportunities for entrepreneurs to be smartly financed and succeed through exit. The New York Angels’ member mission is to provide opportunities for its members to obtain outstanding financial returns by investing in early-stage companies and accelerating them to market leadership. We lead deals ranging from $100,000–$1.0 million. We also have a vast network of angel groups and venture capital firms that we syndicate with to do deals up to $2 million. The New York Angels have been the leading seed investment organization in NYC for almost a decade, having invested over $100 million in more than 100 venture companies.
