Senior Vice President – Head of Regulatory Engagement (Technology & Finance), Wells Fargo
Anne is a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo within the Enterprise Regulatory Relations Function. As the leader for Technology and Finance, Anne’s remit includes contribution to the establishment of regulatory engagement strategy, and embedding these in the overall enterprise, as well as the company-wide standards for handling regulatory relations, and the management of cross-group regulatory interactions.
Within JPMorgan Chase’s Cybersecurity and Technology Controls function, Anne developed a Technology Risk Identification program as part of the larger IT Risk Framework, established and managed a Global Regulatory and Audit function for the Cybersecurity organization and built an OKR (Objectives and Key results) program as a mechanism to measure progress towards organizational Cybersecurity objectives.
At Aon Corporation, Anne built and rolled out an IT risk framework – first in Asia Pacific and secondly at a global level after relocating to Chicago to lead the IT risk framework build from the Global headquarters, providing the organization with the first view of global IT risk.
Anne graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Computing Science) and a Diploma in Professional Practice (Information Technology) from University of Technology, Sydney and gained ISACA certifications CISA and CRISC. Anne now lives in New York City and sits on the board of non-profit organization, Service Program for Older People (SPOP).
