Chris leads BNY Mellon’s global Transformation team and is based in New York. Chris has spent over twenty-five years delivering large, global transformation programs in a range of areas including trading and operational processes and systems, regulatory compliance, risk, stress testing, legal and audit and has a specific focus on non-financial risk including cyber, enterprise data and analytics. His experience spans investment banking, commercial and small business banking, wealth management, retail banking and market utilities. Chris has also founded, grown and run several large companies, and at numerous times in his career has managed technology organizations of several thousand people spread across North America, Europe and Asia
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Chris was most recently a Partner at Oliver Wyman and has held senior positions with other major consulting firms including ThoughtFocus, GFT, Rule Financial, Sapient and Virtusa. He was also the founder of two boutique consulting firms, one focused on customer and digital strategy and the second on capital markets strategy, both of which were ultimately acquired. He has also worked for several global banks in strategy and transformation roles
Chris has a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a B. A. also from the University of Waterloo.
