San Francisco-based MeWe, a provider of mobile software for compliance, quality assurance, and brand standard management, raised $825,000 from angel investors earlier this month.

The company, founded in 2014 by Manik Suri, Ranjeet Sidhu and Aaron Cohen, has developed a mobile application for auditors, called CoInspect.

The app automates the entire inspection workflow process, including data capture, analysis, and reporting, using checklists.

The New York State Department of Health has approved the CoInspect app to manage data collection and analysis for its Childhood Lead Poisoning Primary Prevention Program (CLPPPP).

Other government agencies, businesses, and nonprofit organisations across the US have also subscribed to MeWe’s mobile app to manage their compliance and quality checks, according to the company.
