CashFlow scoops up payments firm iCheque

Cambridge-based CashFlow is acquiring fellow Silicon Fen payments solution iCheque Network. The terms of the deal are undisclosed.

Caerwyn Prothero, co-founder and CFO of iCheque said, “Bringing our offerings together will help us to accelerate growth, provide greater levels of service and focus in the electronic payment sector.”

Both aim to help companies accept online card payments with CashFlow servicing 1,500 businesses.

iCheque seeks to increase card acceptance rates and provide added security, fraud prevention and privacy.
