FinTech company Crealogix has acquired the artificial intelligence technology of Koemei, which enables automatic conversion of audio and video content into text.
It is said that the technology will complement the range of products offered by Crealogix.
The technology purchased is regarded to make it easier to exploit multimedia content and make ever-increasing volumes of data available to users quickly.
Crealogix Digital Learning CEOÂ Urs Widmer said, “We are delighted that we were able to acquire Koemei’s market-leading platform.”
“Combined with our digital banking and digital learning products, this new technology is helping to secure added value and a competitive edge for our customers.”
Crealogix acquired MBA Systems in 2015, which supplies e-trading and information systems to UK business in the securities industry.
The company said as a result of the deal it has strengthens its presence in the UK market and gained an established customer base.
