Thailand-based payments solution service Omise has reportedly scored another investment, just months after $25m ICO.
The company has received an undisclosed investment from Thai-bank Krugsri venture division Krungsri Finnovate, according to an article by e27.
Omise is a payment gateway which helps businesses with getting access to online payments, by giving them access to tools to create a personalised platform. The system is easy to integrate across websites, mobiles and apps, giving a simple checkout experience for customers.
Features offered by the company include one-click payments, links to other service providers and the ability to accept payments from people without cards.
Alongside the investment, Krungsri will adopt the company payment solution for its own online platform, it states.
Total disclosed funding into the company has reached around $45m. The company ICO closed in July on $25m and was to help support the company blockchain-based e-wallet called OmiseGO, the article said.
Earlier this month Thailand-based FINNOMENA secured $3.2m for its Series A round led by Kyrungsri Finnovate. The round is set to help the company boost the wealth management platforms services.
