Cloud-based billing software Billl4Time has received an undisclosed investment from Alpine Investors.
US-based Bill4Ime offers clients with a management suite which handle clients, projects, accounting and reporting aspects. The platform offers instant access to customer information on any platform, operating system or mobile device, helping to streamline time tracking and billing aspects of businesses.
Currently, there more than 50,000 registered users to the platform and its partnered with companies including PayPal, Microsoft Outlook, and box, among others.
With the new partnership, Alpine will capitalise on growth opportunities and enhance its platform.

Following the transaction, Bill4Time founder Jeremy Diviney take over the role of CTO, while Steve Reardon, who is part of Alpine PeopleFirst program, has become Bill4Time CEO.
Earlier this year, Alpine Investors closed its sixth fund on $532m, with a focus on high growth, founder-owned, lower middle market companies in software and business services.
North America has dominated the Infrastructure & Enterprise Software sector since 2014, with it receiving more than three-times the total funding of Europe-based businesses.
