Billing and customer solution company CirrusOne has been acquired by Simplus, a salesforce partner and quote-to-cash services provider.
San Francisco-based CirrusOne is a consultancy service for CPQ, CLM, billing and customer success solutions. The company helps companies with their billing solutions, to ensure they get the best from their investment technology. CirrusOne helps to reduce risk, maximise value and boost the tools adoption through the company.
Founded in 2014, Simplus is a ‘platinum Salesforce partner’, providing enterprise-wide digital transformation across the entire Salesforce ecosystem through advisory, implementation, change management, custom configuration and managed services.
The company supports companies within industries including financial services, energy, technology, media, consumer goods, and manufacturing, among others. For the financial services industry, Simplus leverages sales cloud and custom development to give firms full visibility into their data.
Simplus believes this acquisition will strengthen its team and create a ‘preeminent quote-to-cash consultancy.’

Late last year, Simplus raised $17.8m through a Series B round and debt financing. The Series B received a $9.3m led by EPIC Ventures and was joined by existing investor Salesforce Ventures, newcomer Cross Creek Advisors, and others. The remaining equity came from an $8.5m debt facility from Silicon Valley Bank.
This acquisition marks Simplus’ fifth since it Q4 in 2016.
