Teamleader a CRM, project management and invoicing platform, has received €18.5m in its Series C funding round.
London-based Keen Venture Partners led the round, which also received contributions from PMV, Fortino Capital and Sage Capital. The company’s Series A and B rounds raised a combined €14m, putting the company’s total funding efforts to €32.5m.
Belgium-based Teamleader provides businesses with management tools to improve invoicing, project management and CRM. Through Teamleader, SMEs can automatically send digital invoices and generate insights from processed payments. The solution enables the company to accept online payment methods including credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, SOFORT, and bank transfers.
Other services offered by the company include online CRM, time tracking, voice calls, project management, sales support and integrated calendars.
Teamleader serves just under 10,000 customers spanning six countries, of which, most are small and medium-sized enterprises. Last year, its solution was used to issue 1.4 million invoices for a total of €2.5bn.
This equity injection will be used for international growth and the acceleration of its product roadmap. Over the next year, the company will also look to double the size of its team.
Teamleader CEO Jeroen De Wit said, “SMEs are no longer afraid of digitization, and are using more and more business software to their advantage.
“These tools need to work side by side as one, in integrated systems, for SMEs to get maximum value out of them. That’s why we continue to invest in our Marketplace, which offers integrations with many different tools that can work seamlessly together with Teamleader.”
Earlier in the year, the company launched a €1m integration fund to help developers integrate with the platform.
