Technology & Strategy, a consulting group working across fintech as well as other markets, could become the latest investment by PE giant Ardian after the firm entered exclusive talks to buy the business.
T&S, which is currently owned by investment firm Dzeta, specialises in IT, engineering, digital and project management consulting in Europe and south east Asia.
The company said it had recorded organic growth of 46 per cent per year since it was founded a decade ago.
François Jerphagnon, head of Ardian Expansion, said, “We are truly impressed with T&S’s strong track record since its inception in 2008.
“This acquisition is in line with Ardian Expansion’s strategy of partnering with ambitious companies seeking to expand outside their domestic market.”
Two months ago FinTech Global reported that Ardian’s growth arm had sold its investment in digital services developer Consort NT, alongside fellow backers Naxicap Partners and Apax Partners.
Ardian kicked off the year by selling InsurTech business RGI to Corsair Capital after a three-year holding.
