Digital services and consulting company Infosys has inaugurated its Technology and Innovation Hub in Hartford, Connecticut.
The company has hired over 7,000 US workers over the last 18 months in line with its aims of accelerating innovation for American enterprises, it said.
Its Hartford Hub works closely with clients in the region and acts as the global hub for Infosys’ InsurTech and HealthTech efforts. Through its ‘Living Labs’, the company will offer support for the future of insurance, healthcare and manufacturing, and others.
Living Labs brings technology such as blockchain, extended reality and cognitive capabilities together with design thinking, agile and dev-ops, in order to boost innovation.
Infosys president Ravi Kumar said, “We are thrilled to inaugurate our Harford Hub today, joined by our partners in government, academia, and business. Companies throughout the region, including those in the insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, are experiencing rapid digitization.

Infosys is a digital services and consulting platform which helps clients to digitalise their operations. It offers an AI-powered core which helps to automate various processes and generate deeper insights of the running of the business.
