FreedomPay has teamed up with Vista Technology Services to provide improved field services to merchants in the UK and Europe.
Vista provides electronic point of sale maintenance and business critical technology support.
The companies have formed a three-year deal and will give FreedomPay access to more than 4,000 engineers in 30 European countries to manage the installation and maintenance of payment solutions across the region. In line with the deal, FreedomPay clients will have access to on-site, enhanced and personalised 24/7service.
Vista is supplying the company with full P2PE compliant warehousing and logistics which will maintain a full ‘chain of custody’ through the delivery, installation and maintenance of the payment platform.

FreedomPay is a offers a cloud-based payments solution for the complete commerce space, with clients ranging across retail, hospitality, gaming, education, healthcare, and financial services.
Lat year, the FinTech received an undisclosed investment from TPG.
