Bow River Capital has completed the majority recapitalization of cloud-based insurance platform CHSI Technologies.
The platform helps insurance companies to manage functions such as policy management, underwriting, safety and loss prevention, customer relationship management, financial operations, and compliance and regulatory reporting.
With the new investment from Bow River, it hopes to increase its product development and growth initiatives.
