Celeri Network, the FinTech founded by a 23-year-old, closes $2.5m seed round

Online loans platform Celeri Network, which is led by a 23-year-old CEO, has collected $2.5m in seed funding.

The investors of the round were not disclosed.

The company was founded by Justin Cheng in October 2019 with the aim of helping businesses and students across the US get easy access to capital. His belief is that credit should be seamless and made available for everyone.

Through the digital platform a business can apply for a loan between $5,000 and $5m. To apply, all a consumer has to do is answer some questions about the company, choose the best loan for their needs, and the money will be deposited within minutes.

Students can also use Celeri to access digital loan products. Loans can be taken out to help individuals pursue the education they want including bachelor ‘s degree, master’s degree, doctoral degree, law school, and medical school and residency, among others.
