Latin American airline loyalty programme LifeMiles is offering travel protection to customers through new partnership with novae.
The deal sees LifeMiles customers gain access to Miles Care, which provides insurance protection for trip cancellation and interruption, delayed flights, missed international connections and loss or delayed luggage.
Customers will be given the option to buy advanced care memberships which will also include emergency medical expenses, accidental death, emergency political evacuation, purchase protection, ATM robbery protection and instant compensation for loss or damage of personal devices.
Furthermore, LifeMiles uses will be able to use the 24/7 AI chatbot alle, which helps them with questions they may have.
novae chief operating officer Alejandro Nardi said, “Through Miles Care travelers around the world will now enjoy access to these unbelievable benefits not only on their mobile app but also through leading messaging services –iMessage and Whatsapp- and the major e-wallets -ApplePay, GooglePay and Samsung Pay.”
