Identity management solution Clear Skye bags $4.95m in its Series A round

Clear Skye, which offers an identity and access governance (IAG) solution, has bagged $4.95m in its Series A.

The round was led by Toba Capital, with contributions also coming from Inner Loop Capital and previous Clear Skye backer ServiceNow Ventures.

In addition to the funding, Toba Capital CEO John Milburn and partner Rajan Aggarwal have joined the Clear Skye board of directors.

The boost of funding will be used to meet the rising demand for its platform, as well as support its international expansion efforts. Part of the proceeds will also be used to deepen its product offering.

The Clear Skye Identity Governance and Administration solution helps businesses to reduce friction around governing application access. Its services include identity lifecycle management, access request, access review and workflow management.

Its technology integrates with existing infrastructure and can provide a centralised access point for identity governance and administration.

Clear Skye CEO John Milburn said, “Identity Management is a critical process that should not live in a vacuum – it should align with the way other IT processes are managed. Customer and industry feedback tell us that by participating natively in the Now Platform, Clear Skye IGA has put Identity Governance where it belongs, on the platform already being used to drive most IT workflows.”
