From: RegTech Analyst

San Diego-based RegTech Lawmatics has added $2.5m to its coffers on the back of a seed funding round.

The company specialises in building marketing and CRM software for lawyers, according to TechCrunch.

Eniac Ventures and Forefront Venture Partners led the round, which also enjoyed participation from Revel Ventures and Bridge Venture Partners.

Lawmatics’ platform covers the intake phase of how lawyers deal with clients, which is the phase when clients are deciding if they should hire the solicitor.
