Digital forensics and incident response company Tracepoint secures a strategic investment from consultancy firm Booz Allen Hamilton.
The companies hope they can enhance client defences against rising cyber threats.
Tracepoint specialises in digital forensics and incident response through a selection of pre and post-breach services.
Its team have decades of experiences in helping businesses address cyber incidents, including ransomware, phishing, business email compromise, payment card incidents and sophisticated trojan and malware attacks.
Tracepoint executive vice president Bill Phelps said, “This past year has been dominated by increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks, from the evolution of ransomware business models to a surge in attacks related to remote work.

Booz Allen recently named former Fidelity National Information Systems chief security officed Andrew Turner as its executive vice president and market strategy leader.
