Revolut Business has launched an invoice feature to help companies in the UK and the EU streamline their payments.
The new Invoices feature will allow customers to send professional personalised invoices from their Revolut Business accounts. According to Revolut, the invoices tool was one of its most highly requested features from customers.
The tool will also support businesses in getting paid faster by their customers directly into their Revolut Business account through using a range of payment options including bank transfers, card payments or Apple Pay.
Following payment, company owners will be able to track the progress through the feature as well as monitoring invoices from creation to finalisation through the use of notifications and real-time tracking.
Invoices are also automatically reconciled through the tool in order to help customers reduce the number of administrative tasks.
Revolut Business Acquiring head of product Thibaut Genevrier said, “We chose to add invoices after hearing numerous requests from customers that this tool would save them time, cut back on administrative tasks and make their lives a whole lot easier. So, we have done just that.
“We want our customers to get more from their business accounts, and with Invoices, customers can now handle all their finances from one place, from invoicing customers, to accepting payments, reconciling, and managing everything seamlessly.”
In March of this year, Revolut Business launched Expenses, which is a tool designed to help business owners stay organised and in better control of company spending.
Customers who use Expenses will be able to get full visibility of their company finances and receive real-time spending notifications, as well as being able to set up spending limits and block and freeze company cards.
