Barbadian financial and insurance business Sagicor has launched a digital engagement platform through a partnership with customer engagement firm Life.io.
Founded in 1840, Sagicor works with asset managers and reinsurers through sound risk management practices to provide financial advice to its clients. The company is based in 19 locations around the Caribbean and the Americas.
According to Life.io, Sagicor selected the company and Life.io Engage, its flagship product, to differentiate their offering to group participants, strengthen customer relationships and bolster market share.
Life.io said Engage’s ‘highly appealing’ user experience repeatedly draws existing and prospective customers back to the platform and encourages them and rewards them for improving their holistic well-being.
