Southern States Insurance Exchange (The Exchange) has chosen OneShield Software’s SaaS offering, OneShield Market Solutions, to replace its legacy policy management system.
The Exchange provides property and casualty insurance and risk management solutions to companies in the agricultural industry.
The partnership will see The Exchange implement OneShield’s policy, billing, claims, and reporting services to support its commercial lines product portfolio, which includes general liability, commercial auto, inland marine, workers’ compensation and the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) Commercial Output Programme. That final product is a commercial output policy developed by the AAIS that combines property and marine coverages into one policy.
OneShield’s SaaS offering provides end-to-end policy management, including quoting, binding and servicing. It also supports billing and claims administration – covering document management, reporting and analysis. This approach, The Exchange said, delivers “rapid implementation while allowing for customisation to address the unique needs of regional commercial insurers within an all-in-one pricing model.”
