CLARA Analytics, which builds AI technology for commercial insurance, has released its Treatment Summary solution to automate workflows for nurse case managers (NCMs) and adjusters.
The new solution leverages AI to automate medical records transcription, extract and organise important case details, and make that information available to adjusters and NCMs on demand.
Its solution will streamline case management so users can proactively manage claims by identifying pertinent details as soon as they become available. Automated alerts notify adjustors and NCMs when important changes are made, improving their ability to respond quickly to key developments, reducing time spent on monitoring details on medical records and removing costs spent on multiple medical record summaries for individual cases.
Furthermore, the new tool enables reviewers, supervisors and case managers to get immediate insights into the salient details of each case.
