Etcho, a sustainable investor app looking to help investors make conscious investment decisions, is set to launch its offering in the UK.
The company currently has pre-registration open for signups but has yet to set a full commercial launch date.
Etcho is driven by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aims to help consumers understand the impact of their current and potential investments.
The company’s mission is to empower everyone and anyone to be able to invest their money in a sustainable way, making it easier for them to invest in companies that align with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Every prospective company on the app will be given a transparent sustainability score against each goal. Users of Etcho will tell the app what causes they care about what they want to support and Etcho will show companies that match a users’ morals.
Through detailed financial performance data of companies and education tools as well as events around sustainable finance, Etcho seeks to help users understand the impact of their investments.
Etcho will operate a freemium-based model, where consumers can gain access to the basic features of the app for free but can choose to upgrade for a price.
